At Joker Greeting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer to ensure they arrive in original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
